Exchanges and Returns
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have five business days from receipt to return or exchange it.
For promotional items, no exchanges or returns are made.
Personalized orders such as initials, etc. cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please include the order form with the return.
To make a change or return you must send an email to info@jewelscentury21.com stating the reasons and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
Return shipping costs for product exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend sending your product via certified mail.
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
The company reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when sent.
