Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have five business days from receipt to return or exchange it.<\/p>

For promotional items, no exchanges or returns are made.<\/strong><\/p>

Personalized orders such as initials, etc. cannot be returned.<\/strong><\/p>

Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please include the order form with the return.<\/p>

Para los art\u00edculos en promoci\u00f3n no se realizan cambios ni devoluciones. Los pedidos personalizados como iniciales, etc..no se pueden devolver. Los art\u00edculos devueltos deber\u00e1n estar en perfecto estado. Rogamos adjuntar la hoja de pedido en la devoluci\u00f3n.
